paul mcmillanPaul McMillan was born in Kansas 1954, raised in Texas. First painting at age 12. Paul began his professional career in 1978.
Paul is best know for his night scenes and landscapes. His artistic range is from abstract to surreal. He makes his own medium and works in a wet beside wet oil technique. Paul's paintings have deep rich colors and luminous atmospheres. Mos of his paintings are buttery smooth and have a little impasto to show some brushwork.
